Tiger Woods will be competing in the upcoming WGC-CA Championship, according to his Web site.Woods has won this tournament six times, with two of them coming at Doral Resort and Spa. He also won the old Ford Championship two times at Doral. Woods made his return to competitive action, following an eight-month hiatus due to knee surgery, at the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship, last week. He won his opening match over Brendan Jones, 3 and 2, before losing in the second round to Tim Clark, 4 and 2. Geoff Ogilvy, who won the Match Play, is the defending champion of the CA Championship. Woods finished solo fifth last year. Woods has won 15 of 27 WGC starts. This tournament used to be sponsored by American Express. Tiger won it in 1999 in Spain, 2002 in Ireland, 2003 in Georgia, 2005 in San Francisco, and 2006 in England.
